Actions to be undertaken in case of accident
- Independently of time and place where you are, CALL us immediately on duty numbers specified below. Phones are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Don’t remove the vehicle from the place of accident and don’t leave the place of accident without the consent of the Assistant Company employee and the police.
- Call and inform the authorized state authority about the accident.
For regulation the insurance claim, the following documents have to be provided:
- Application form about the insurance claim should be filled by policy holder;
- The original of an insurance contract (Certificate)
- Documents, certifying the personality of the policy holder, the driving documents of a person driving the insured vehicle, copy of the registration certificate;
- Document issued by the corresponding state authority
- Document, confirming the amount of the caused losses
- In cases of payment to the third part, the documents of the third part have to be submitted.
Depending on circumstances, the additional documents may be required.
