Our main objective is not the work process but the result of process/work. Even the process is organized in high level; work process is estimated by its immediate result. It is important to keep accuracy in this view, otherwise results will cause negative for the whole team. Ability to perform services and work in due time, trust and belief to each other within professional relationships means to achieve successful results. If scope of work grows to the large extent then mutual control is no more an option and for this reason each team member should be able to rely his team colleagues. There should be a mutual politeness and understanding inside the team and they should be able to assist each other in uncommon and particular situations.
