“Ateshgah” Insurance Company completed the process on authorized capital increase

At the meeting of shareholders of “Ateshgah” Insurance Company was decided on authorized capital increase to 3,7 million manat. Capital increase was carried out at the expense of 2009 profit. This capitalization increase gives an opportunity to enlarge and strengthen our material-technical base. It should be noted that authorized capital of the company had been 2,7 million manat before.
