“Ateshgah” Insurance Company offers combined insurance services for construction-assembling risks (property insurance + third party liability). Here insurance covers all risks arisen as the result of incidents and unexpected events.
Insurance (insured) objects
- Construction-assembling services may be insured in complex way and are comprised of the following components:
- Constructions built within the insurance term, reconstructions, renovation or complete overhaul of supply equipment, as well as equipments, construction materials, construction structures and other equipments stored at the construction yard for the period of insurance agreement.
- Property and constructions-in-progress;
- Construction yard’s equipment.
- Construction machinery and equipment;
- Set-up / commissioning works;
Insurance objects may also comprise of:
- Third party liability insurance for the period of construction- assembling services, set-up/commissioning and guarantee services.
The following terms may also be covered by insurance:
- For the whole time of construction-assembling works;
- Separately, up to 3 years, on time basis
Insurance amount is defined as per the following:
- Insurance amount for construction - assembling works shall not exceed the total amount of construction (project) budget pronounced by the costs of construction services presented, materials and other construction components, wages, transportation expenses, customs duties and other duties.
- Insurance amount for construction machinery and construction yard equipment (in case of damage or loss) shall not exceed the amount of restoration expenses or fair value of equipment defined for the time of signing of insurance agreement.
Third party liability insurance amount is defined as an upper limit of damage amount caused to following persons and by the decision of the parties:
- Harm of health and life of private persons.
- Damage of property of private and legal persons.
