Eployer’s liability insurance provides both reinforcement of insurance coverage of employees and relief of major payments for any eventual insurance accident.

To give occasion to payment for employer’s liability insurance may be bodily injury of employee or death.

Employer’s Liability Insurance coverage includes medical expences and payment to employee, family members or  bodies living on account of employee  for loss of ability. If the Insurer calls for adjustment claims by judical means, then expences for protection of claim incured by petitioner to be included in the insurance payment.

Total sum of mentioned above expences to be determined by court as expences incured.
