Insurance amount (coverage)

• In case if insured person has fallen into insurance accidents “Ateshgah” Insurance Company provides the insurance coverage for those who stay abroad the country by covering the following:

Medical expenses coverage:
 

• Surgical operations, medical examination (check-up) expenses, as well as expenses for staying in hospital and taking a treatment, including expenses for bandaging materials and medicines prescribed by doctor; Medical transportation expenses:
• Transportation expenses occurred as the result of transportation (by “medical ambulance” or by means of other transport) from the place of accident to the nearest medical center (hospital) or doctor location venue;

Transport expenses:

• organization of turning back to the country of residence of insured person after the medical examination and medical assistance has been completed in the country where the accident has occurred;
• in case, if children of insured person (after the insurance accident occurred) forcedly stay without care, then insurer covers expenses for arrival of the children to the country of their permanent residence; 
• expenses for the visit of one relative of insured person in case, if stay period in hospital of insured person is over than 10 days. Expenses that may occur within the stay in the foreign country are not covered by the insurance company.

After- death repatriation expenses:

• if death accident occurs as the result of the insurance accident, repatriation expenses permitted by Service Center are paid.

In case if insurance accident occurs, insured person or his immediate representative should provide Europe Assistance dispatching center with following information by phone:

• Full surname, name, number of insurance policy and validity period of insurance policy;
• Address of venue of your current location, your contact telephone number by which service center may immediately access you;
• Occurred problem and required help;
• Please provide relevant information as much as possible to the doctor assigned by Assistance Center

Charges for phone talks with Assistance center are reimbursed to insured person after his/her return from abroad upon submitting the relevant bills/receipts.
